Shocking bad service

I ordered two items from Superbalist last week, and Mr D was supposed to get them to me yesterday but they claim that they tried to deliver twice and nobody was at home. Same story today. Why don't your drivers call the numbers provided?

This isn't an isolated incident. Twice now in as many weeks this has been the case, and I'm stuck here waiting for my order.
