SHAME ON YOU MR DELIVERY!! YOU HAVE LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER

My food was never delivered! Still waiting an hour later after I have phoned the help desk, for someone to call me back! Also no refund? And on top of that, they are only willing to refund ME THE VALUE of the order, not the tip or delivery fee! Pathetic! I have been ordering from Mr Delivery on a regular basis, after tonight, NO MORE!
