Service sucks and they ***** our money

I placed an order today and money went off bank account and then when it was to be delivered it states delivery unsuccessfull, when i a enquire via email cause there is no contact number and automated service respondes, R162 they take and no food, still dont know where my food is and i phone Chicken licken ferndale and they just as bad no help- i want a response - order number DFD***
