**** service pathetic app

PATHETIC SERVICE !!!! ... food collected at 17:52 it is now 19:11 and the driver is no where to be seen or heard! How the HELL can Mr D app also not have any contact numbers to call ????? The service is absolutely shocking!!! And after eventually emailing someone back and fourth , getting a number ? They cannot even refund ? And requesting pictures ? Sorry pictures of what exactly ? Food that was NOT delivered?? No wonder the service is shocking , what “educated” people are working for this team if they simply cannot assist with a simple query???? This is ***** ! And utter BULL****!!!! Fix this Problem!!!!
