Service is just shocking these days.

First instance. I wasn't refunded for a missing meal (over R150) even though the driver was witness, because I didn't take a picture of the missing meal?

Second. I order a collect. Paid the additional mark up prices and can't be refunded for the restaurant not being able to fulfill the order because "they need to pay their restaurants" and it's my responsibility to make sure the order is complete. Was I supposed to cook the items myself, after the restaurant closed? The restaurant even provided a receipt showing that they didn't complete the order but nope, I still can't be refunded.
