Service is getting worse by the day!!

So it turns out your service is just getting worse and worse everytime,how the hell do you run a business in such an *********** manner,you don't even have a decency to communicate.You really don't have respect for people.

How is possible that I order at 13:43 it's now 15:50 my order hasn't arrived.

To make it worse I had to use my own airtime to call and follow up as if that **** wasn't enough I had to deal with Mishkah who so nothing wrong in saying "there's nothing she can do" REALLY NOW!!!!!!
