I will never ever use these guys again...it's like everyday I order i encounter a problem, this time I placed an order it waa not confirmed but money was debited off my account...when I call them they ask me to send my bank statement cause money has not reflected on their side mind you this was an EFT payment,spoke to another agent she said she can see the payment she will refund me to my credit wallet on the app it's been hours still waiting for her to refund me of which she promised to do in immediately.
