Service failure

I ordered 2 burger meals + extra fries and 10 pc nugget. I received 1 incorrect burger, 2 fries and 6 nuggets. I called 2 times in a space of an hour because I was told they would resend the order. I called for the 3rd time and was told they cannot resend the order, they would refund the missing items to my account in 4 days. I then get an email confirming a R15 coupon to spend with Mr Delivery. Where is my money?
