I placed an order and at the time I never saw its was for collect. However order was placed and payment made . I phone the store and explain to the owners wife that I wont be able to collect my order hence she removed it from the line and said I should get my refund from Mr D, now they giving me stories about the refund. This is not right what they doing I must pay for something that I never received
