My estimate time of arrival changed twice and now it's more than 40 minutes later. Ordered more than 2 hours ago and still waiting and the restaurant is 3km away. If I knew it was going to take this long I would have picked it up myself and paid cheaper. Mr delivery requires you to pay the tip before service which I did and now I'm still waiting. **** service doesn't even describe it.
