If I could give zero rating I would after the service I received today. I waited over 2 hours to get my order and I still don’t understand who is at fault I had to call the restaurant and the Mr D call centre spend more money just get my order that I had already paid for. I was told by the call centre lady on the second call that my order is on the way she heard the restaurant confirm with the driver but when I called 15 min later was told that the order is on the way only to get a call a few minutes later from the restaurant saying they had to remake my order as it was cold it didn’t take to long I got my order only for me to still get cold pizza.
