Security should be a concern

MR D.... After being a loyal client for so long, I've now reached a point of never using you again. 5 COD deliveries to my house in 24 hours that are not evening for me. Firstly, knowing the amount of ******ies, hijackings of courier and delivery people that happen each day... you put not only our lives at risk but your dear drivers. Secondly, the amount of food and time wasted on these **** calls due to nothing being properly monitored on your side. Thirdly, after phoning in 4 times, I only speak to a manager now. Shaffira or something like that, sorry for the way I spoke to you but when you constantly interrupt me and blame this on Google being at fault, I tend to lose my patience. When I get told you'll put the phone down because you've been very patient up to know, then you wonder why I lose it. As a manager telling me that, I lost it. Lastly and by far not the last, if this is an issue to Mr D, which I've been told happens in so many of the areas and I can see with 5 orders to my house from different people and their numbers don't even work, WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU NOT UP YOUR GAME???????? Why in the world would you push the blame on Google? If they are the problem, then surely you'd be looking for a solution to this problem??? But your lack of wanting to do that just shows that the care of your clients and DRIVERS is minimal! Each of your drivers know my house, know me by name as well as my children! It's so sad that we have to lose that because of you not sorting out these issues! I am appalled at the service! Next time maybe think of not doing COD like you did during heavy lockdown! You'll end up not having these issues!
