Second wrong order

Second order Mr D has gotten wrong.

We ordered 1x Two Cheese Burger (Medium Meals) (Coke, ice) 1x Double quarter pounder (Medium Meals) (Coke, ice) Value = R153.80

We received: 2x Big Macs (Medium Meals) (Coke Zero, no ice) Value = R101.80

There are three issues with is: 1) The blatant loss of R52.00 due the difference in orders. 2) Mr D blatantly ignoring my wife, after having submitted two complaints, with proof! 3) Receiving Coke Zero when ordering Coke!

All seriousness, this is super bad service. Even when submitting two complaints and substantiating the claims with proof, you ignored a customer.

Please advice.
