Sc****d from the bottom of somebodies shoes!!!

We ordered some food through Mr Delivery. When it finally arrived, the bag was completely torn and the food looked like it was sc****d from the bottom of somebodies shoes! We tried to contact Mr Delivery many times; by phone (not possible, number seems to be disconnected) and by email (we simply do not receive a reply)

There is no way we should be charged for this garbage, and as Mr. Delivery will not take responsibility , we will have to contact our bank to recover the charge!
