I placed an order with the Mr D app at 18:14, whilst still waiting for my order at 18:45 I get a notification saying that my order was delivered. I called after holding on for long, j finally got through to Siviwe Damani, who said he will investigate while I am on hold, well I was using my cellphone mind you and I held on whilst he "investigate ". He then came and told me the driver prematurely pressed the delivered button as he had an issue with the app. The driver never bothered to call me and tell me what he did, I then asked for the driver's details and Siviwe refused. I proceeded and asked for his manager and I was told a story again, he basically refused. I asked him to call me back with the driver's details and his manager to call, which never happened and I never got my food.
