This is the 2nd time I order from Mr D, they take my money but then the order is cancelled by the restaurant, Mr D now says the driver was there and we were not home and I am liable for the payment, the 1st time I was standing at the window and as I was about to go to the door the driver, drove off. The 2nd time I ordered for my kids and they were sitting and waiting in the lounge. Nobody knocked and the door, do they think you stand and watch through window whole time waiting for a delivery, the driver does not even message like other delivery companies to say that he is outside, they just cancel
