I went into the app to order food and saw that there’s a 20% I ordered put in the code and it showed successfull then I checked out. When I checked out it charged me the full amount. I immediately called Mr D to sort it out the guy said I am working on it and made me hold on for 15 minutes and after that hung up. I sent a message on their app and there was no response I then called again only to hold on for a while again and the guy told me they would refund me and it would be done within today. Nothing has happened. I then get a call from takealot delivery guy demanding me to come to the gate to get my order I asked how, the app clearly states deliver to my couch I am at the end of the complex one, two I am in a meeting how do I say hold on for 30 minutes while I walk to the gate to get my food because the people I paid to deliver to my door are shouting at me to come fetch my food. I told them they can buzz the intercom and deliver or go back I am not telling my boss to hold because the delivery guy doesn’t want to come to my door. I again called Mr D to tell them about this and they couldn’t be bothered they already have their money so what happens after that is non of their business. I want my refund today and I’ll stop using them cause clearly customer service is not their thing
