Mr D and their drivers are ****s. I have placed 2 orders that I did not receive. as soon as the driver collects my food they just select delivered on their app since I pay orders by card already. I called the call centre up until closing time no one answered my call and I logged a query on their app and no one got back to me and no refund. Money I lost is mpore or less R500. As a result I have stopped using the app and would not recommend it to anyone is their customers security is not important to them.
