Saturday 12/11/2022, i plced an orde of about R176 something for a pizza. I unfortunately did not change the location for delivery but what i did was, i called their help line and was told that nothing could be but the guy i was talking to, said as soon as the order is collected the driver will call me. I waited and waited until i called again and was referred to the app. Remember on the instruction gor the driver, i wrote the correct location. So onto the app, the driver said he has arrived, so i literally ran outside and then responded by asking where he was and kept on saying outside. After few minutes my chats were never responded to then a pop up message said the oder is canceled and my payment is reversed. That was Saturday. I kept check my account for the reversed money until i realized that my money was actually cleared for payment and never reversed. They also told me that they were not delivering on the locstion where i was. So, i need my money in full into my bank account not tge damn app because i deleted it. I WILL NO MORE USE THEM AS THEY ARE *****ED AND *****ERS
