Same day delivery not fulfilled as promised

I placed a same day delivery with Takealot this morning. I phoned at midday to ensure the parcel would be delivered by 3pm. I received an SMS from mrD Courier (Mr Delivery) confirming delivery by 3pm. At 3:05pm I phoned to say the parcel had not yet been delivered and that I would leave the office at 3:30, I was assured that the parcel would be delivered by then. As I left the office, I phoned again, and requested that the driver be rerouted to my home. The man took my home address and assured me this would happen. At 4:05 I was phoned by another Mr Delivery **** and was told that the parcel had been delivered to my office. After telling him the long story again, he said he would arrange a driver to collect the parcel form my office and bring it to my home. I told him the office closed at 4:30, he said he would ensure it was collected by then. When I phoned Mr Delivery ***** again at 5pm, the man said the driver hadn't been there yet because he had other parcels to deliver. I informed him that I do not care and that I would complain on Hello Peter. Takealot may well lose me as a customer due to this poor service.
