Safety not carried out and rep promosing to call back

I went to the gate and the driver was on his phone immediately when he sees me he put away his phone and open the delivery bag and gave my food. I had to confront him about sanitizing his hands before touching my food. He rudely show said to me that he did sanitize so I said to him but I didn't see you do that and he changed his face it was like im being difficult. I have been ordering since they open but never have I experienced today's incident. I mean he was rude and **** about having sanitized and he even showed me his sanitizer. I mean other drivers open the bag and let you take your food but with this one in particular he took out my food with his own unsanitized hands. That's disappointing and we need to be extra careful now with Corona virus. I need the driver to be sent back to customers service training and also taught rules about sanitizing his hands cause I do not know where he has been and what he has. I need answers

I recieved a call from one of the representative on friday and i could hear on his voice that he sounded irritable and it was a if i was making up a story. To him it might not being sensetive that his driver didnt sanitize but to me it wasa big deal that was why i raised it . He was going on about the driver tobe fired i'm not worried abut how they deal with the driver as i could hear that he was expecting a comment from me as he said it over and over. I mean there are so many s****** going around delivering food and what are the chancesof me getting the same delivery guy to my yard again?I mean my safety is dependent on them as we cant go out. Being expecting a call after they heard my story or does it mean the also deactivated my account so i don't have to bother by ordering and complaining about their driver . Is it really hard to track the driver that sent me my delivery or its just means MR D doesn't care at all or they are worried that they wont have enough drivers... This is my health we talking about and if they don't take me serious i do and i'm willing to take this further as its seems like they don't care.We need to sanitize and stay safe but with MR D is get your food and eat as you don't have a choice after food being handed .MR D i'm very disappointed in you and your driver
