Sad delivery effort Mr D

I placed an order for KFC. An hour and a half later I had to submit a query. First they told me that they had no burgers left and that they were very busy BUT the driver was there. So under the circumstances I chose something else and agreed to wait some more. Now 2 and half hours... and curfew is in place i have not recieved my order or any form of communication! While I am understanding in the covid circumstances what is not acceptable is the lack of communication if the order cant be fufilled. It's a really poor effort .... actually no effort. What about the driver who looses his money?
