Rustenburg Mr D customer service must fall🤮

Tell me why they have no solution in relation to my spilt soft drink and I asked for a refund or voucher for it. Mr delivery Rustenburg customer service said no, I must cancel the whole order😪 poor delivery guy had to wait for almost 10 minutes for feedback from customer service. Order at your own risk ⛔️
