Rude unprofessional courier

My process to order online was so seemless. Even the time it took for my order to be sent out was in record time. How dissapointing to be dealing with such a rude and unprofessional courier guy from MRD couriers. 1st he couldn't follow gps directions to my complex. Then he arrives and says we must come out to the gate when the deliver is to the unit as per the delivery address given. Then he says he is going back because he can't deliver to the person at the house it must be me. He said if he knew i was not going to be home he was never going to come. No one said must leave my id with the person signing and paying my order. Then he drops the call because his airtime finished because he was calling me the whole day to get directions. Really????Spending a few minutes to call to get directions he couldn't follow has now turned into a whole day. He was so rude telling me I am supposd to be at home when I know I have a delivery. I wonder did he listen to himself when he made that statement. Eventually he says I was supposed to beg him to please deliver the stuff to the person I left at home so now because I said he is rude ; which he was aa he was screaming at me; he will take the stuff back and I can report him because he doesn't care. Some people really giving companies a bad name because they don't value the positions that the have and take for granted that there are a lot of people who would love to do their job but wasn't afforded that opportunity.
