RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR FROM DRIVER

The driver for my order GROC***4 at Pick n pay Umphakathi Mall, was so rude and arrogant. Sunday 28 January 2024 at 17:15 I placed an order for delivery and saw that, my delivery will be for Monday 29 Jan 2024 between 8 and 9am.

Due to Load shedding and the area I am in, I am having network issues hence I couldn’t connect my data to follow up on my order. Mr D usually would call when they arrived and when they see you unable to respond to the texts. The Lady who didn’t even Identify herself, calls me shouting at me being all rude and sour, doesn’t even find out if I had connectivity issues hence I couldn’t check my order nor to inform me like the rest that she is outside and my order is ready for collection and she hung up the call on me while I was trying to identify her so that I send my spouse to go pick up the order.

My Wife went to pick up the order and my parcel was put down on the street, the lady didn’t even greet my Wife nor were she friendly, she she drove off carelessly. My Wife works part time for Mr D delivery and I am so agitated at the service I received from the lady as I am a regular customer using Mr D services.
