Rude MR Delivery driver

Your drivers are the rudest people under the sun. You'd swear i am begging them to deliver my food. I don't even want to get started on how Mr delivery support team is pathetic when they have to resolve your crisis. If I pay for a service surely if your driver does anything but deliver exceptioal service there should be implications.

We do not have driver names, i mean who do i even report in this case ? all i have is a tracking number which is really pathetic... what purpose does it serve if I do not get my food ? you guys need to make sure you sort whoever this rude man was. Tracking number: DFD***1 AND THE DRIVERS NUMBER: ***

The cherry on top was him hanging up the phone in my ear as i tried to direct him from the goodness of my heart. My only task was to order and have my food delivered to my desk.

Get your drivers or bikers in check. team them proper customer service because what we getting here is nonsense. I wouldnt be complaining if this only occured once but it has been more than that. The issue: rude drivers that dont care whether or not your food gets to you.
