Rude, Mr Delivery

Rude!!!! I just spoke to Amanda from Mr Delivery, to explain to her that every time I order from Nando's (through the MrD app) I write in the exclusions area NO ONIONS... and every single time I get onions. I told her that there might be a problem with the app, that I once again asked for no onions and just want to make sure I dont get it. She basically told me I am lying, that I must sort it out myself and that the app is fine. Then she proceeded to put the phone down in my ear! From the geto I could hear she is not interested in helping me, and said over and over again that I didn't add anything in the exclusions. Why would I lie, and most importantly waste my time to phone Mr D? Absolutely shocking!
