Rude and unprofessional

I placed an order at Mall of the South Ckicken Licken on 20th August 2022 and when I tracked my order they showed as delivered but I did not receive my order. When I called to enquire, the person I spoke to insisted that my order details were not reflecting and he could not pick up that I was annoyed as my bank account had been debited but insisted that I log a help request. When I called back I suspect I spoke to the same person but he insisted that I confirm my account details as my order wad not reflecting and he even hung up on me. How are my account details correct but my order does not reflect. When I called the help number, the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and immediately picked up my order details. The person I spoke initially was extremely unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. I am now going to delete my account with Mr D and rest assured that I will discourage everyone I know from using your service. The person I spoke to initially is a disgrace to the customer service industry.
