Rude and refusing to deliver

The Driver waited at around the corner an called my 10 minutes later.

So I asked him to please deliver which he got ugly with me and canceled the order.

My family and myself went to bed hungry due to this as he waited till 9pm passed.

Very rude and unprofessional and the attitude was not pleasant at all
