Rude and ****** to black people driver

The driver arrived earlier than anticipated as we were 3 minutes from the gate instead of listening to instructions he was rude and kept on dropping the call, he was shouting incessantly with no willingness to listen even when he gave me my food he threw it at me he showed no respect to me as a customer, he is black yet he actually had the nerve to be ****** as well. Eventually when he called my cell I told him I'd be there in 1 minute. He continued to scream,insult and shout . HANGING UP in my ear. I've never in my entire time using your services come across such rudeness and blatant disrespect.. And I've had drivers wait for WAY longer than this guy. IM very disappointed and upset
