On Saturday the 16.11.2019 I placed an order to KFC via Mr D. After waiting 45mins and tracking my order via the app , I received notification that my order is delivered. I contacted the customer center. I was told that I wont get my delivery , I asked for a refund and was told that wont be possible and I will have to wait. I don't think it is fair that I didn't receive my supper and didn't get my money refunded. Mr D as only 1 purpose and that is to get the food delivered and they didn't do that so I should have got my refund immediately to purchase supper else where.
