I’m expecting a credit card delivery from FNB!!!

I get a call from a consultant at Mr Delivery Courier and he tells me he’s calling regarding the delivery of a credit card, he then proceeds to request for someone who definitely isn’t me, I tell him I’m also exepecting a credit card delivery but I am not the person he’s looking for.

He didn’t bother to let me finish my sentence, he just hung up and that was that. A minute later I receive an SMS stating that Mr Delivery Couriers was unable to get hold of me so I need to contact their call centre which I did only to be kept on hold for so long it was just ridiculous!!!

This is absolutely ridiculous to say the least.
