Rotten meat no joy from Mr D

I bought a R402 sirloin roast from Pick n Pay through Mr D. Uoon receiving the meat it was completely rotten. Sibongile at Mr D advised me to take the meat back to the store which I did immedietly. The store manager at Pick n Pay agreed that the meat was rotten. She then proceeded to phone Mr D. They assured her that tue money would be credited into my Mr D wallet within half an hour. It is now 3 days later and I am still waiting for my credit
