Rotten Customer Service

On the 29th of January 2024 i ordered from mr delivery where i had R114 credit from a mess up with a previous order. After placing the order they not only took the R114 credit amount but deducted the total amount of the order which was R125. So they basically chared me twice for the same thing. I have been emailing and calling and I still have not gotten this sorted out.
