Rotten All and chicken breyani

I bought from Al Falah Restaurant in Melville on the 13 October 2022. My order included Chicken breyani and Dall curry. Least to say the Dall was smelling sour when I opened it, it had tiny bubbles showing it was sour and rotten. The chicken breyani was also off. When I sent in my complaint, I received an email from Adrian.W asking me to take a picture of the rotten food because he wanted proof. How do you smell food through phone picture? Why didnt they arrange for the food to be picked up? Appalling service, I even went to read reviews from that restaurant and they all complain about the same rotten food. When I called the restaurant they acknowledged that because of the heat the food does get rotten quickly. 2nd time buying curry on MrD app and receiving off food.
