Roman's Pizza Thorntree Hebron ( Mr Delivery)

today i got a shock of my life with Mr Delivery which ended up wrobbing my R293 i last place my order with them on the 10th of November 2022 order number DFD*** until today when i place order number DFD*** using the same details and same adress as i used last time. to my suprice today i ddnt get my order and i was told my address was wrong. I got a call from one rude lady during the delivery process asking me to comfirm my address and i was told is wrong on the system, i tryed to expalin that i ddnt change the address since my last order, She ddnt even listen to what i got to say, she was just rude. she then ask me to spell my adress out only to find out the system added Block ww at the end of my original address, but when i checked the last order the wrong block ww was there but i still got my order, she told me that she will send it to the driver i must wait for 5 minutes. after 5 minutes the delivery status changed to failed. i masseged the driver on the but ddnt get any respond. i sent a query on the app and finally got a call from customer service telling me that i wont get my order but the will refund me only 50% the money i paid. i got a shock of my life as that was my last money i used to buy pizza for my brother that did well at school. Now im without dinner and i never got any money or communication back.

im so ****ed off and dont think i will ever use mr delivery again. all i want is my money back.
