Roasted fly on pizza

I ordered debonairs pizza from the bayview branch via mr delivery....firstly the order was late, secondly when I picked up a piece of pizza there was a roasted fly that fell off the slice!! I immediately reported it on the app and also sent pictures to the complaints email....it’s been 2 days and I have never heard back from mr delivery! How were we expecting to eat that pizza for supper??? The order should have been replaced immediately! What disgusting service
