Rippee off by Mr Delivery PE and Rocomamas Dolphins Leap, Humewood!

I submitted an order for delivery to Rocomamas and Dolphins Leap, Humewood. The driver who failed to deliver the full order and left out R69 worth of food. I called Rocomamas and they claimed to have dispatched the food. They promised to dispatch a Mr Delivery driver with the missing food again. An hour and 27 minutes later there was no food delivered. I called Roxomamas a second time and they claimed the Mr Delivery driver picked up the missing food more than hour earlier. The order number was #DFD ********** . I demanded a full refund of the R69 and the R27 that was given for a tip because the certainly did not deserve it! I have yet to hear from Mr Delivery.
