********** twice in one go

I tried to order on the app tonight, twice my order waa rejected with the statement that my payement didn't go through, yet my card reflects a double payment to Mr. D. I have had prior disappointments with this service, and I left. I decided to come back, and they are still the same bad company. Still failing. I just want my money back.
