Ridiculously poor service

Good day

I ordered food from mc donalds at 10:30 i got a notification at 10:45 that they got my food and is on their way to me .... 20min later i checked the tracking and it said i will receive it 12:04 and it is now 12:43 and i still did not receive my order .... service is really ridiculous and poor
