Ridiculous Service

I made an online order for pizza at 13:10, I asked for extra topping. When my food got delivered, there was no extra toppings. I called them, they then said they will have it sent. Then at around 15:50 I get a box with the toppings. The driver hands it to someone else( Not even me) and drives off before I can even get to him without even an apology. For me this was the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere ever. when I finally got to eating the food was cold and had to be reheated and reheated pizza is not nice.
