Ridiculous and disgusting service MRD (Pick n pay)

Orders placed by me and my husband at pick n pay through MRD our first order was placed at 09:41 and the estimated delivery time 10:51 & second order at 09:58 , estimated delivery time 11:08

It's now 13:39 I confirm that we haven't received both our orders yet, it's way beyond late.I understand that it's busy today but this is ridiculous and pathetic and the fact that there isn't any communication,we have sent an email to complain no one rep**** instead we received an SMS notifying us we will get it later.My husband called in spoke to Xolela who said there's nothing he can do for us and if we want a refund it will take 5 days .This is the worst customer service I have received in my whole life ,I am so disgusted and ashamed of how we are treated
