Return of funds not done

Well I asked for my cash to be returned seeing that what I needed was not in stock. I used my wife’s account and my banking details however Mr D said you account will be credited within 3-5 days which was the 1 December 2021 and we are now on 8 working days and still I get told 3-5 working days why must I wait almost 16 days for my money because your shops had none of the goods I required.
