Requesting refund!

I placed an order online to KFC on Saturday, 2 May 2020, just before 17h00. The payment via EFT went through but my order was cancelled. I am yet to be refunded for this order. I have sent numerous emails to no avail and their call service is useless. I am appalled at this poor service by Mr Delivery. Sies!!!
