Repeated incorrect orders

I ordered a burger with no garnish and an appletizer but I received one with garnish and no appletizer. I had to call, use my data to email a pic, use my airtime to be put on hold and then they told me they would “offer” me the correct meal.. how is sending me what I ordered and paid for an “offer”? This is not the first time i have received incorrect orders from Mr D and been given attitude as If I’m being done a favour by them rectifying the order. I am not impressed at all.
