Refusing to refund unsuccessful order!!!!

I ordered from Grootman through Mr Delivery on 8/02/2024 (DFD***) but the driver never delivered the food. I simply asked for a refund as they confirmed that the delivery was unsuccessful. Can I please get my hard earned money back !!!!!!!
