Refuse to deliver when Mr Delivery made a mistake.

Places an order with Mr Delivery at KFC, paid for the order, received half of the order. Phoned Mr Delivery no answer send an email no response. Phoned KFC they said we need to come and pick up the order cause Mr delivery will not redeliver the order they have to many orderes and can't fix their mistake. This is unacceptable . You pay an extra fee for them to check if the order is correct and to deliver and if the order is incorrect they need to fix it and redeliver my order they missed. I am very upset and this is very unprofessional.
