Refusal to rectify driver negligence. MR D

My food was delivered to my neighbour's warehouse and left on a cold wet floor. Eventually when my neighbour saw it there he brought it across and asked if it was mine which it was. I called Mr D and basically got a middle finger, they said sorry to hear about the experience. They will deal with the driver. After making a fuss with the lady, she sends me a R20 voucher for a meal that I spent R150 on and could not eat cos it was wet and ice cold from being on the floor on a rainy day. MR D certainly showed that they couldn't care less. They refused to send me a hot meal and take theirs away or refund my money.
