Refunds

Its ridiculous how long must struggle to get money refunded into your bank acc, if they cant give what you ask for they should refund in your bank acc immediately because you must buy it somewhere else.I ordered from pnp Fri 3/2,most of items were missing but i was charged for it.I called Mr D i was refunded in wallet & i requested payout. On Mon 6/2 i get email confirming my refund of R583 was processed. I know it usually reflects within 24hrs although they say can take up to 3-5 working days. On Tues 7/2 i get R42. 99 refund in my bank acc when i queried it i was told they break up payments & they send me proof that refund was processed showing it was divided into payments of R42. 99, R15. 99 & R524 which was apparently all processed at same time but i only got R42. 99 by today Wed 8/2.What hell must i do with R42. 99? I use them at least once a week to order food sometimes more, but they can go to hell i can spend my money somewhere else. Was first time i ordered groceries from pnp this weekend & its last, of 4 orders, they only got last one right
