Refund struggle

I ordered the 13th September a takeout dinner with Mr Delivery and paid with my card on the app. They cancelled my order while it was approved then I phoned them to hear whats the story only to hear the restaurant does not have what i ordered. They could not cann to fine out if i want to change my order before they cancel or put a notice on the app that they dont have the product. So its more than a week later I am still waiting for my money (R258.00) which they can even offer me anything else for. It was not my fault no I have to bear the ridiculous service. The payment was only approved the 19th i still have to wait up to 5days. No customer service whatsoever.
